8-10 oz. Fontanini Raw Bulk Italian Sausage 4 medium size red bell peppers
1.5 cups yellow onion, chopped 3 garlic gloved, minced
1/2 cup celery 1.5 cups cooked long grain rice
1/4 cup green onions, chopped 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
4 tsp. butter, unsalted salt and pepper to taste
