1 lb. Fontanini Sliced Smoked Polish Sausage, Recommended: SPB45 1 lb. frozen potato and cheddar pierogies, (not thawed)
1 large white onion, cut into 6 wedges 1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp. whole grain mustard 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper to taste
