|1 lb. Fontanini Raw Bulk Italian Sausage, any flavor|
|1 - 2 cups Fontanini Marinara Sauce|
|8 oz. whole milk ricotta cheese|
|8 oz. whole milk mozzarella cheese|
|2 cups Bisquick|
|1 tbsp. parsley, chopped|
|1 tsp. garlic powder|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Pinch Fontanini Raw Bulk Italian Sausage into smaller pieces. Mix sausage, ricotta, mozzarella, parsley, and garlic powder together in the bowl. Add Bisquick. Roll into quarter-sized balls or logs.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with side of Fontanini Marinara sauce or a spicy tomato sauce.
