Ingredients

1 lb. Fontanini Raw Bulk Italian Sausage, any flavor
1 - 2 cups Fontanini Marinara Sauce
8 oz. whole milk ricotta cheese
8 oz. whole milk mozzarella cheese
2 cups Bisquick
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Pinch Fontanini Raw Bulk Italian Sausage into smaller pieces. Mix sausage, ricotta, mozzarella, parsley, and garlic powder together in the bowl. Add Bisquick. Roll into quarter-sized balls or logs.

Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with side of Fontanini Marinara sauce or a spicy tomato sauce.
